The people, the vibe. Good clean fun! Immaculately clean! And my favorite....the Olympic pool. I am 71 years old, I swim. It's glorious!!!

Variety of workout classes, plenty of exercise equipment, helpful & friendly staff and great caring Instructors. I like that it's a safe place to
be. I have also made many new friends!

we love going to the Y every Tuesday and Thursday, we Have a wonderful Instructor. Lena,

she is fantastic. The camaraderie between all is nothing but the truth. the friendliness of

everyone is a blessing we are all different and love it !

The instructor, Lina, is awesome. I love her class at 9:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The gentle yoga class is great. I can feel it loosening me after only 2 sessions.
