The up close photo is not clear. It looks like the photographer zoomed in from the other photo and printed it out as a close up. It was disappointing after paying so much money.

The price was ridiculously expensive, there is no way I would ever recommend someone to pay that price for a digital picture. The absolute only reason we paid was it was our only choice. The quality was nothing spectacular nothing stood out, the background was lame. It could have been way better with more thought to the picture, but it was simple and overpriced. I did expect better for what we paid. We are extremely disappointed
The graduation plaque was well done. Received a lot of compliments!!!!!
Photos were bent when they arrived. I filled out form on Grad Ream website and have yet to get a response on how they will rectify the issue.

The packaging left he photos seriously bent. A heavier piece of cardboard would be all that’s needed to prevent that from happening.
