I was not impressed with the quality of the pictures I purchased.

I have emailed The Grad team 3 times for an issue with my order. I called customer service for help and the representative who answered my call didn't have access to college grad pictures. I still haven't had help with my photo order. I am frustrated and would never recommend this company to anyone. $70 for a single download picture and the school name and logo isn't centered on the bottom. It's stupid and ridiculous.

The Grad Team is awesome! I ordered my picture selection and it came just as expected, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I submitted a request and in turn was immediately sent a brand new picture ((super securely packed)).

I’ve reached out many times and had no response. I ordered photos 4 weeks ago and have had no update. Would be nice if someone reached out

One photo was very blurry, and it was difficult to see that in the proofs. Also, VERY expensive!

The retouching was not professional quality. My face is still very shiny in the photo. I can’t notice any difference at all between the photo I purchased that was not retouched and the one that “was”. Unsure of what I paid for.

Additionally, the photographer took no time to adjust the angle of the shots from person to person. This is a special moment for all of us and it would have been nice to see that the photographer was actually attempting to capture us all at our best.

Printing “do not fold” does not somehow prevent the carriers from crumpling up the photo. Way too expensive for a bent up 5x7 photo.

I am not happy with the quality of my pictures for the price I paid. The coating made the pictures look distorted and discolored. More importantly, I have emailed your help department three times in the past two weeks and no one has made any attempt to contact me. I do not like doing business with a company with such poor customer service as I am in customer service myself.

I love the pictures and the background of the pictures.

I felt rushed and it was disappointing that I didn't get an opportunity to pose the way I wanted to on such an important occasion 😔

The photo wasn't horrible, but it could have been better.

Photographer needs to pay attention to detail. My tie was over my shoulder under my gown, which was clearly visible

The photographer was great, took the time to make sure I was comfortable before taking the pics and then made sure I was happy with them afterwards! Great quality as well.

I thought it went well. There was alot of moving parts involved. There was a lady who informed all of the graduates of how the process would flow. Thanks for that. Then, there was another individual assigned to our group that had the process flowing a different way other than what we were all informed. It was still easily accomplished, just created a short spell of confusion. Thank you all for everything you helped me with.

Products are fine but prices are like paying too much for concessions at a movie theater. Feels like they are taking advantage of a captive audience.

The picture taken on stage could be better. Too much shadows in the background. Also could have gotten more direction from the photographer. The family photo was great!

I ordered photos based off blurry proofs, just to receive the photos with lipstick on my teeth. They didn’t have the courtesy to correct it for me. Rude

Way to expensive and the digital quality was no that great I have tried 2 different print companies for 8x10 and was told the resolution was not enough for a fantastic print. :(

I just tried to send an email and it came back undeliverable from when I ordered.

I was really disappointed when I saw the graduation photos. I did not choose to pay for touch up because my son does not have acne or anything to touch up. The photos have bright white spots from the flash on his glasses. I would think a professional company would automatically touch this up because of so many people who wear glasses. I will not even hand these photos out or frame for my home. For the price of the photos I expect a professional processing and prints. Please respond to me on this matter.
