Even though I selected no caption on my photos, I got a watermark from my college placed on the photos. Makes it look strange but I don't know why I got it since I opted for no text. Ruins the photos to be honest.
The photo is bent in 3 places. When I opened it, there was not any protection to prevent this. If there was even some cardboard, it wold not have bent it.
Send me another photo to replace the damaged one.

The first time and the second time I ordered prints it was mailed to me in a regular envelope that stated photo do not bend. I received both of them bent! I emailed about my pictures and request they be sent with cardboard and they were resent with cardboard without issue.

The pictures are dark and have poor resolution. My cell phone photos are of better quality than the ones that I purchased. I’m trying to find someone that can lighten them and clear them up.

It was raining when our photo and magnet were delivered. Since it was just in a cardboard envelope, the photo was a little water damaged.

I thought the pictures I bought would have blocked the other kids standing behind him. I don’t like that I can see the other kids behind him. Could of had a different background for a special night for Seniors. Thanks

Take more than one picture---Not necessarily full front view.
The pictures were not the best. Every pose was horrible. If you’re capturing a moment tell someone to fix their clothes or their that. It was not worth the money.

My photo came damaged and still has not been replaced. Charged me a lot of money for a flimsy damaged print out that I could’ve done better at home.
Actually remove stray hairs when the customer pays for it and reply back to customer questions and concerns.

At the time of commencement, I was angry that my daughter was wearing a mask in the photos, (she refused to take it off) and I did not want to pay for such a photo. I now realize it is a moment in time, and the mask describes her personality, and while I would have liked the smile... I can appreciate the photo.
