My son has been going to the YMCA for the past few years and we absolutely love this camp and the team. They keep the kids busy and active. The weekly themes and planned activities keep them expecting more. I feel safe that my child is well taken care of. The staff are great and easy to communicate with. They are supportive of my child in his growth socially. This was the best decision and will continue to have my child apart of this camp.
Great activities, swimming 3 days a week, good communication with us, field trips, lots of outdoor activities. The staff was great and our camper came home saying great things.
The counselors and leadership are so understanding and supportive of my special needs child. There is amazing open communication and they always greet us with a smile and warm welcome!
We got to experience the YMCA day camp about 7 out of the 11 weeks of summer we had. Our girl got to experience quite a few new activities, including canoeing, archery, and axe throwing. Along with that she had the chance to swim 4 out of the 5 days there for 2 hours a day. She was a strong swimmer when she started and could barley navigate to the wall. Now she can tread water and swims all over the place, thanks to the Y!

This year was probably the best year of camp that we have experienced. I love the fact that they got to go swimming everyday to work on their skills. I also like the variety of field trips that were offered for the value that I paid. My only downside is probably the lunch. The kids did not care for it nor did they care to eat my lunch that I made them eat either. Other than that we had a wonderful year and we look forward to coming back next summer.
My child was happy at the end of each day and had fun things he wanted to share about and what he learned.
My son really enjoyed the camp it was a great experience for him. They were very creative when it came to field trips. And the staff was really user friendly. He will attend again next year!

My son had a wonderful experience! This was his first year and he thoroughly enjoyed each week. I especially loved the schedule, which included the weekly fieldtrips and that the camp offered lunch. As a busy mom, this was a lifesaver! We definitely will be attending the camp next year.
Great Camp site for kiddos
It's good seeing familiar staff faces year after year. The ones at this location seem to care about having relationship with the kids. My daughter always enjoy her time here in the summer.
Great staff, awesome activities, and enriching field trips
I like that it was available for staff at a discount and it was very easy to drop off and pick up. The staff were all friendly and my kids enjoyed being there each day.

I frequently recommend this camp. My boys love it. It’s an active camp with lots of options. Recommend a bit better communication about field trips, and perhaps some additional exciting places to visit next year.

i love the Coppell YMCA facility and the staffs there. Everyone is professional and helpful and care about the kids. The increased 3 days swim per week is even better than last year. My son enjoyed the summer very much! Lots of activities every day.
