The staff is amazing and always have activities for the kids and families
I have been impressed with the structure and routine provided by the afterschool program. I appreciate the late pickup time of 6:30pm for my daughter. I enjoy the YMCA offering this program onsite at her school, Solar Prep for Girls. I have been pleased with the variety of activities planned throughout the year to keep things interesting for the kids.
I like that the YMCA helps with not having to rush from one place to another and worrying about who will be picking up my children.
We love the staff! Ms. Rhonda is the sweetest, most loving teacher. She knows each child's needs and desires, and the kids love her. The rest of the staff is excellent as well, and the kids are always engaged in meaningful lessons or activities.
My Son LOVES this program. He gets upset if I pick him up before snack and craft time is over. He is 6 and the school days are already long, but coming to YMCA everyday has brought him much joy!
It's a safe place for my son to go, while not disrupting my work schedule.

Wowwww! The pre-camp communication = A+++++. Then, these busy parents (and new to this HC) totally appreciated the day-of reminders with a photo and directions for drop-off! Day of, we were greeted by name, welcomed with excitement, and Mama could clearly see zones and stations all set up “showcasing” what the kids would do that day! Pancakes and glow slime were the top faves of the day, and the staff reading intake forms and getting our kiddo leftie scissors was the icing on the cake. Thank you, Team: way to go! You are raising the standard of care & I am grateful!
My son really enjoyed his time at camp. He loved the crafts and playing with his friends. I felt really secure with the detailed signup process and daily check in and check out process.
