My esthetician Natalie! Always going above and beyond. She gave me the most beautiful eyelash lift/tint. I didn’t even know my lashes could look like this! Better than any mascara or anything! Natalie always makes sure I am happy, comfortable, and relaxed. She is the best!

Ari explained all of the steps that she was doing for my daughter's teen facial. My daughter was worried about her blemishes and wanted to see if this would work for her and to treat some of her acne. Ari was great about being encouraging with the work she was already doing in her skin care routine while also suggesting a few things that could help with problem areas.

The salon was clean and welcoming. The front desk associate was kind and check in was quick and simple. Amanda, the esthetician, answered all my questions and performed the treatment beautifully. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely return and recommend this salon to others.

I have been going to the same hair stylist for 30 years. However having moved to Wilmington a year ago I had to find a new salon. I was a bit nervous about starting over at a new place with a new stylist, but decided it was time. A friend told me about I Am Salon, so I called and made an appointment. I went in just expecting to get my hair colored. However I came out feeling like I had had a very pampered experience. From the friendly greeting when I walked in the door, to the glass of cucumber/lemon water I was offered (and enjoyed), to the overall relaxing environment, all of this added up to such a positive experience of getting my hair colored- it was all delightful. My appointment was with Brittany and she did a wonderful job - she matched my color perfectly and I walked out feeling so pleased that I had found my new salon. I look forward to going back, and even though she assured me that anyone at the salon could get the same color results (due to her putting the formula in the computer), I look forward to making my next appointment with Brittany.

The staff is very accommodating and professional. Meg did an excellent job on my 6week brow touchup (I was a client of Bri’s). I couldn’t be happier. Meg and the salon staff went above and beyond and turned lemons into lemonade.

I really enjoyed my facial with Amanda. She took the time to listen to me describe my skin history and learn what I was hoping for with my facial. She was knowledgeable and personal while at the same time professional. My peel/dermaplane session was amazing. She educated me on follow-up and also recommended next steps. A great start to the new year and I’m exited to come back for future visits!

First, I love the new space! It's modern and spacious while still feeling cozy and welcoming. You're always greeted by a friendly face and a smile. I've utilized both the salon and spa services and this is the only consistent salon I've been to for quality, service and amazing results!
