Aveda Salon appears to employ people it is able to recognize have a natural and intuitive gift for the services they provide. I have annular tears on both sides of my spine from special operations service in the military, and after my neurologist cleared me to receive massage services despite those issues and nerve entrapment, my masseuse, Garrie, was able to locate areas of need I did not directly describe or point out to him.

I put an extensive amount of my income into self-care and maintenance, so that I can still exercise, take care of my body, and generally live a life without limitations or denying things I love. Having people like Garrie and a salon like Aveda is crucial to that ongoing maintenance, and beyond that, to have areas that tingled or stung for months suddenly activate and release, despite medical providers and other specialists failing to provide the same, is a real testament to what this business is doing for its community.

I get to show up as my best self each day and help my own clients thanks to services like this, and now thanks to Garrie and Aveda, I get to immerse even deeper into that part of myself to ultimately serve others in the same capacity. Thank you so much for giving me a moment to reflect on that, and identify that positive impact you all have, too.

The salon itself is an absolute dream. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Natalie was such a sweetheart, listened to what I wanted and absolutely delivered. She recommended some amazing products that I ended up purchasing and booked a facial on the spot. Overall had a wonderful experience and cannot wait for my next appointment.

My shampoo, cut and blow out were very luxurious compared to other salons that charge the same price. Sarah Keener was friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. She was helpful with hairstyle suggestions and did a wonderful job! I could not be more pleased and will certainly be back next time I need a haircut.

The products I was offered at checkout were outside of my budget and I felt a bit awkward when I had to decline to purchase. I don't remember the stylists promoting the products during the service and bringing them to the cash register at checkout at the former location. That's the only thing I wasn't super happy with.

First of all, the new space is stunning! WOW. Being there makes you feel special- from the essential oils to the shoulder/neck massage to the scented towel during conditioning…it feels so luxurious. Sarah K. is a doll and is very skilled. I am so pleased with the cut she gave me!

My stylist really listened to me and made a plan to address my concerns. I LOVE the new salon. It’s roomy but yet very comfortable. Very well designed.

The Salon is always clean and the Salon staff is friendly and warm. I’m always so impressed and pleased with the services I receive. The prices are more than fair.

There was so much to like about our visit to I Am! The new location is amazing!!! You all did an outstanding job in the design and construction of the new facility. The high ceilings and the open layout give it such a great feel the minute you walk in the door. And the retail space in front of the salon is beautiful! It seems like there was great attention paid to every little detail throughout the whole new location.

And we got a wonderful, warm and friendly reception at the front desk when we arrived! Of course, Gina is our daughter, and she is thrilled to be working at I Am and she loves the new location!

And we got some excellent massages from Ryan and Kyle. They were both very welcoming and
very knowledgeable, and had a very nice style that resulted in a very enjoyable experience. They were great additions to your massage team! We look forward to coming back again when we are back in town!

Everything. There's a new location right across street and its gorgeous. I've been going here for 4 years and everyone always is so kind and sweet and accommodating.

Brittany is the best...very professional and easy to work with.

I will say that I feel her work space would be better suited more toward the back of the store. Not a criticism of her in any way, but it was a bit loud being right at the front.

Always enjoy a massage at I am Salon. the new location is beautiful and easy to get to. The staff at the front counter are always wonderful, pleasant, and accommodating. Megan does a great job with her massages. Be prepared for strong hands and deep massage. Would love to hear more conversation around reward points and ways to redeem. Thank for years of service and care.
