The staff was incredibly friendly when I walked in and I immediately felt welcome. After heading back with Kyle, he asked all the important questions and made me feel comfortable. It was the BEST massage I have ever had!!! As someone with consistent back problems, I have never felt as much relief as I did after seeing Kyle. I’ll be back! :)
From the minute, I walked in the door the staff was very friendly. The stylist I was scheduled with Kelly came to the desk to greet me. She took time to ask me what I was looking for out of the visit that day. I needed my eyebrows done and didn’t think of this until I was there and Natalie took me in right away and did my eyebrows while my hair color was processing? I had Brie do highlights to blend my grays that are starting to come in and she also cut my hair- She did SUCH an awesome job!!! I haven’t liked a haircut this much in a really long time and the color has been such a fun change!!! Also, by fluke I was scheduled with Brie and I’m so happy it worked out that way! She is really nice and smart- which is a fantastic bonus when you are getting something done for 4 hours :) The new salon is so light and beautiful and the shampoo bowls are surprisingly super comfortable! All of that and all the Aveda smells equaled a really great hair experience!! Many thanks!

New facility is very clean and spacious. Staff seem happier without feeling crowded. Waiting room is much larger and contains more products for customers. As a guy, I know I can always trust I AM to get me the best cuts.

Everything. From the entrance to the hair. This place is new to me and was recommended by a coworker. Dulce did a great job and I loved the lavender warm towel over my head. No pressure to buy products was a plus. Made another appointment!
