The neck massage, all the wonderful product scents, the comfy bowl chair, the hot lavender towel and Sarah A - I will definitely be back to see her! The whole experience feels so pampering and upscale, but everyone is so friendly and helpful - it’s not “snooty” like some places I have tried. I love I Am!!!
