Maiah is the best Lash technician. I have tried others in the Wilmington area, and Maiah is by far the best at her job. She doesn't just apply the lash, she recommends and suggests what she feels is best fit for my needs based on my expressed desired outcome.

Chamille is such a delight, she’s excellent at everything she does but always professional with a smile and lots of good advice about skin care. What did you like most about your salon experience?

I visited the salon for my daughter to get a haircut. As we were walking into the salon, I thought I had a leaf on my shirt and I swiped it off with my arm. Another salon guest immediately told us it was a venomous caterpillar and it had stung me in two places on my arm. It must have fallen onto my shirt outside. The girls at the desk immediately jumped to action by taking a photo of the caterpillar and google searching what to do. They used tape to get the venomous spines out of my arm, gave me dawn to wash my arm, gave me an ice pack and an antihistamine. This all happened while my daughter was getting her haircut. They continued to check on me and make sure I was okay. I am much better today because they knew what to do immediately and helped me. I couldn’t recommend them and your salon more. I didn’t get their names, but Sydney did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair. She loves her haircut. We will be back. Thank you again.

This is the best salon that I have ever been to. They are far above the competition. You truly get personalized service at this salon, and my hair looks really great up to the next appointment (unlike other salons where my hair looks like it needs another cut after two weeks)! I always feel like I truly get great service with my excellent stylist, Brie who is exceptional. After I leave the salon, I always get compliments on my hair. I once had a concern and the staff followed up immediately to ensure that my questions were fully answered. In short, I love this salon and will continue to use their services for years to come.

I got a haircut. I appreciated all of the small things like a quick neck rub before the shampoo and a hot towel over my head while conditioning. The salon itself had a very happy feel. The Aveda commitment to products and planet are also a big win. We will be back!
