The website has an abundance of options for facial services. I’d recommend slimming down the facial options on the site—as it was overwhelming and a bit intimidating.

The overall experience is relaxing. I see Ashley Loomis, and she really listens when I explain what I want and any issues I am having with my hair. She does a great job.

Ease of making the appointment and Kyle listened to my needs and was an excellent masseuse.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about I Am Salon and Day Spa and especially my stylist, Julie. I came in during a really emotional time, needing to cut my hair before starting chemotherapy, and Julie could not have been more kind, compassionate, and caring.

She made what could have been a very difficult experience feel so much easier. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, and gave me a beautiful cut that I absolutely love. The salon also generously provided my haircut at no charge, which was such an unexpected act of kindness and meant more to me than they probably realize.

It’s not often that you come across people who make you feel genuinely cared for, especially during a hard season of life. Julie and everyone at I Am Salon and Day Spa did exactly that. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and would recommend Julie and this salon without hesitation. ❤️

The massage

When I walked into the new location, the salon took my breath away. The open well designed space was bigger than expected, with lovely staff ready to greet me. I had arrived early for my eye brow consultation, and had time to view the lovely boutique. Meg, the esthetician arrived on time, and took a close look at my eyebrows that had been micro bladed by Sunni for years ago. We both agreed that a ‘tuneup’ was needed. Fortunately she had time to complete the task after I arranged for a hair consultation with Tiffany. I made an appointment for grey blending in two weeks. What I liked the most was the warm welcome and active listening skills of all staff members my ideas and input were respected. I was also impressed with their background knowledge and expertise. Oh, and my eye brows look so Devine.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful spa . Marissa always does a fabulous job but was somehow even better yesterday. So very glad she is back . I had a most unexpected experience at the front desk I had made a mistake but they very gratuitously fixed my mistake. Such kind women I was a very bad day and they went out of their way to be extra nice. I love this spa and will come as often as I can. Thank you all !! and for all your charity works too
