I really loved the atmosphere of your salon! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I was impressed with the beautiful front-of-house setup and thoughtfully curated selection of products. It felt inviting without being overwhelming, like some salons can be.

I stopped in as a walk-in last week and really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. Nikki, who recently moved here from Hawaii, took care of me, and she was wonderful!

My only disappointment was the final charge. I had specifically told Nikki that I only wanted my gray roots touched up, that I didn't have time for a blowout, and that I was perfectly happy leaving with wet hair. Nikki kindly insisted on giving my hair a quick dry so I wouldn't have to leave with wet hair, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to find I'd been charged for a full blowout/style, even though my hair was simply dried without any styling.

I don't believe this was Nikki's fault, as she was lovely throughout the appointment. Perhaps there was a miscommunication with the front desk?

Overall, I had a wonderful impression of your salon. I just felt the additional charge didn't reflect the service I had requested or received.

I have a very complicated hairstyle, and my hairstylist aced it! Every little detail of my hair matters and they made sure to add everything I wanted. The staff are all so very nice and I go here every time I need a hair cut.

I Am Salon is my new favorite chill place. The moment you walk in the beautiful mural on the wall grabs you and it's a huge WOW! Then the super friendly reception teams greets you with big welcoming smiles. My stylist Trinity, is a sweet, kind person and an expert with my hair color and cut. I have curly hair and she is not intimidated by it and always leaves me looking the best possible.

Sarah was so wonderful, my haircut looks fabulous and I was able to book seamlessly online, quickly in a pinch. I will be back to get her to cut my children’s hair as well. Wonderful experience, we are so lucky to have this salon and spa on this side of town.

Very nice and relaxing

I brought my 84 year old mother in for a hair cut. She recently attempted cutting her own hair and suffice it to say it needed fixing. We are assisting my mom as she deals with declines in her cognitive ability and we love her dearly, but she can be a tough customer. Nicki greeted us warmly and talked with my mom about what she was looking for from her hair cut. I was there for support but Nicki talked with my mom, to my mom and listened to my mom. It was beautiful. So much more than I could have hoped for. For the first in, I cannot count how many years, my mom seems to be happy with the hair cut and is open to going back. I cannot thank Nicki enough for treating my mom so kindly and seeing her! Often people get. uncomfortable and defer to me or my sisters like my elderly mom isn't there. SHE IS and I cannot thank Nicki enough for not only seeing her but giving her a great haircut. Nicki fixed the oooopsie daisy at home hair cut and gave my moms hair some volume and movement. I hope we will be back for a touch up in the next 8 weeks or so! Thank you I am Salon and Day Spa and THANK YOU NICKI
