I find the office help to be extremely polite and helpful. Because I travel quite often, I tend to have oil deliveries when I’m not at home. A simple call to the office, and I pay my bill over the phone. That’s a huge piece of mind for me.
Auto-delivery has been very dependable. Never been even close to running out. I’ve been told they monitor my usage over the years.
Delivery people are friendly and sociable. If I’m at home, I always make an effort to go out and greet them.
