Service was very prompt. My only complaint is that I was not able to contact Rymes by phone. I tried four times on Tues., Jan. 3 waited 10-15 minutes each times and could not get someone to answer. I am not able to order oil online so I had to wait for my son to do it. I did receive oil the next day. There has to be a way for someone to get through by phone without having to be on hold forever. Thank you
