I have had really good service in the past from Rymes- everything from the service reps in the office to the install techs who come onsite. I would hope this will continue. Recently, I have experienced very long wait times when calling the office and the new website is difficult to navigate. Please work out the kinks and return to the former service levels.
Your service tech arrived during the scheduled time frame; he explained everything to me and double checked his work. He cleaned up and left no mess. I am very satisfied with the work performed and this is big reason why I stay with Rymes

I like automatic delivery before my tank gets too low and that it can be put on a credit card.
My concern is that I don't have a phone number to call if my furnace is not working. Do you have an emergency number to call and will a technician come to fix it in a reasonable time?
My other concern is that when I call you the phone rings for an extremely long time and I have no contact with the Hudson office.

I'm wondering if I'm still on automatic delivery, now that Rymes has been absorbed by this Superior entity. My account in the portal makes no reference to automatic delivery status.

Fuel is always delived on time . I do not have to call regarding delivery.

I've been with Rymes for years. The delivery was always on time. The only time I had an issue, was 2021, when I had to phone in to ask for a delivery and had a 20 minute wait on the phone, before I was able to get to a person.
Also, when it comes down to going on line and getting a new password, now, that Rymes has merged, we, as senior citizens struggle with that, as we were not raised with this technology. That then leaves us having to hang on the phone,-good luck!-
But, outside of that, again, the delivery guys are always very nice and make sure that my gate is closed and locked, when they leave, so that my dog can not escape.

I was suppose to receive a quote on a new furnace and the conversation from oil to propane. I have not received it yet.

You can never get through on the phone
