Great Customer Service, I was once a Rep and its all by tone of voice over the phone. Every time I have called, I have been happy by the time call completed. Delivery has always been accurate and I have even greeted when delivered. Service around the clock has always been A+. GPS tank fill updates, fair and reasonable pricing. The minute i feel i am getting gouged vs the competition, i am less likely to remain a long time customer (which i have been since 2016 without price shopping every year). Your people always give 110%. When my furnace is tuned, I know that I will have reliable heat and hot water. When there is is a problem, even at 03:00, I can count on someone coming out right away. Recently, your delivery truck couldn't get in my driveway, so he called me and said he would come back if I would move the car. When I did, he was able to fill my tank. Any other company would have just left a message to make an appointment. This was another example of going the extra mile for a customer.
