Very knowledgeable and prompt service fixing our oil burner. But the billing by Superior is not even rated in this rating since it is not prompt and hasn't even been itemized yet after 3 weeks. Would be helpful to get an itemized bill soon.
When we need emergency service you usually come in a timely manner. That is important to us since we always seem to have some kind of water problems. I think oil prices could be lower especially where we are seniors. I know we receive discount for paying promptly but social security checks don't go as far as a regular weekly paycheck used to go.

Easy to contact, and staff very helpful. However, since you have become part of Superior, there seems to be a little confusion and disorganization. I realize it is hard to adjust to a new system, and I'm hopeful that it will be smooth sailing in the future.
