You're fairly prompt, even on short notice a few times.
Unlike a few of your competitors, when I first went to order a tank of oil, you simply took my order and delivered. Other places I tried, wanted all kinds of personal info an oil company has no business demanding from their customers. I shouldn't have to put in an "'application" to buy a simple tank of oil.
So, you guys get top score. Excellent service, zero hassle.

Always prompt and very helpful. When I had my furnace cleaned by you I was told to have my chimney checked. Sure enough I had a chimney guy come and he is going to replace the liner and do some other things down in my basement , like clean out and replace some of the older bricks and whatever needs to be done. He is coming early in Sept before I will need to turn on the heat. Thanks to your knowledgeable guys everything will get fixed before the cold weather by my chimney guy.
