I have been with Rymes for over 15 years. In that time, I had only one issue and they took care of that same day. I do not remember names very well, but the gentleman that delivered my oil is very friendly and is willing to help you in any way possible. The individualized touch is why I stay and will stay with them even if the cost goes up. Knowing that I have a relationship with the people that keep me and my family warm during the winter is worth the difference in cost.
