Conveniently located with ample parking close to the building. (Thanks for adding the "senior parking".) Wide variety of classes for all levels of workouts. We appreciate both track & machines for walking. Always clean! The instructors we've worked with are great; we especially appreciate & enjoy TAMMY on Wednesday AM.

Visser YMCA is a big family. Not only is it a great place to work out but it has something for everyone. I am particularly proud of the relationship building between staff and members. It is a special place!

I attend several classes at the Y and love my time there. The teachers are excellent and supportive, and the classes are fun. My one request is that the Y add more yoga classes. I'd love to have more options for regular yoga so I could fit more classes in my schedule, and I'd also love to see a restorative yoga class offered.
Great equipment for group exercise classes at visser. Free weights at spartan Y need replaced and need more of them at Spartan.
I’ve made new friends, who have become very dear to me. Some are members and some are staff. Staff are (almost) always both friendly and helpful. Facilities are usually well-kept and clean, (although the floor in the women’s locker room always looks like it needs more elbow grease.) generally, a great place to work out!
Nice locker rooms, lots of hot showers, variety of machines, warm or cool swimming pools, hot tub, and the coffee station is nice.
It would be nice to have TV on more of the aerobic machines instead of on the big monitors around the room. I find the big monitors distracting and somewhat unsettling, while I am trying to focus and have some time away from screens. Too many different monitors! However, I would like to watch something of my own choice, if I prefer, so, having it available on the machines would be nice.
Indoor pickleballs
I like that it is focused on child development and not only on competition. It is a great environment for Kids to learn and fall in love with sports and physical activity.
Swimming pools and hot tubs. Not as busy as other Ys
The staff is friendly and the yoga and Pilates instructors do a nice job,

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking is easy also.
It’s close to my house, the family pool is warm for my arthritis, the parking is very convenient, especially for older members, employees are very helpful and polite

Lap pool is misused by those not swimming laps but doing exercises that could and should be done in the family pool.
Visor Ymca was excellent. The Body Pump instructor was friendly and made sure she got my name and where I was from. She made me feel part of the class.
