The variety of classes and equipment provided. The teachers are enthusiastic.
The offering of a week long guest pass is a great benefit to me, as someone who does not live in Grand Rapids but is visiting 6 weeks out of the year with family living there. The only suggestion with this is maybe generating a temporary membership card in these instances to quickly scan in, versus needing to be looked up in the system each time

The showers could be cleaned more often and better and the soap dispensers could be filled more regularly.

The Visser YMCA has a caring staff who have very welcoming and friendly demeanors to all, including the less mobile for which I really appreciate.
There are endless opportunities for various pieces of fitness equipment, along with many health building initiatives. I was looking for a very specific machine which I have been unable to find at most other fitness centers. until going to the Visser YMCA.
