Excellent hours of business and the facility is very clean. I like the variety of machines and the fact you have two pools so that my grandkids can enjoy swimming even when you are conducting swimming lessons. Temperature of facility is always just right and your floor coaches are easily accessible and always willing to help. In addition, the facility is mere blocks from my home so that I can quickly and easily visit.
We have really enjoyed the variety of machines available. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our coaching connection appointment was super helpful. I only wish there was a dedicated, padded walking track on site.
We really like the Y and glad we joined.

It is always clean, and everyone is so nice
It is very well organized. I really like how after 3 games they are realigned by their skillset, which will make games more enjoyable for the kids. Blowouts are not fun for anyone. I think this is one of the best ideas I have ever heard of. The ref from my son's last game was wonderful. He took the time to explain things to the kids and was so kind to them all. Staff at Visser are always so kind and welcoming at the desk too.
One thing that would be nice is if you put 2 benches for each team...one does not fit 5 boys, so you have one boy standing or sitting on the floor on the sideline.
I like the people there... and it feels nice to be greeted when I walk in. I also appreciate the classes and the instructors. It's VERY clean. There are always people walking around moping and wiping down equipment. I love that!
I joined the YMCA in December 2025 and have zero regrets! Very welcoming, my children LOVE Kid Zone, and I am working with a personal trainer, Kris, who is absolutely amazing! Zero judgement, encouraging, easy to talk to, and patient as I try to learn how to do new things! 100% recommend!!

We came to swim with our three year old after a different Y did not have adequate staffing on their pool deck.
So far everything is going well.
Wonderful experience! All staff and instructors have been wonderful! Only complaint would be the locker rooms are pretty outdated and it’s definitely a crowded ymca. Especially in the lobby area. I am only there Saturday mornings, so that could be why.
I appreciate the friendly greeting and helpfulness at the front desk when I arrived. I came to play pickleball, something that offers both exercise and opportunity to get to know others! So much fun in a clean, friendly environment. I look forward to participating in classes, etc.. when I have more time.
