The staff is so friendly they are what I call.people friendly. They are knowledgeable and don't mind helping members. Visser Family YMCA feels like family. Staffs friendly atmosphere sets an example for the members to treat each other the same way.
I love the variety of classes available..All instructors are great at their job. You can feel and tell the instructions love and are invested in teaching you and want you to succeed..
I am gaining strength and knowledge. I am losing weight. I'm also meeting new friends. I'm getting benefits from the physical and the mental.

I feel that the Visser Y is welcoming to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or ability. As a 60 year old woman, gyms can sometimes be intimidating places. At the Visser Family WMCA, I always feel comfortable!

You have updated the YMCA, and it looks good.
I wish that the YMCA would give you more money to do other things like put in a sauna, maybe put in a worm pool for older people with arthritis. The other YMCA’s had major updates. It doesn’t seem like this, sir has gotten any of that attention. I’m torn because I really love the family, neighborhood feeling to Visser but I think it could be made a little bit nicer..
Clean and friendly. Love the workout machines and swimming pools. Also, like the available hours the Y is open....Workout lesson was very helpful too!
It has everything I need and is conveniently located. Also, it’s the perfect size. Not a huge building and not crazy busy.

I met with a gentleman that went over the equipment with me and told me about the classes. He was great! I wish I could think of his name. Anyway, since then I've been enjoying the water aerobics and some of the other classes. It's been great!
