I like the Y because it is a safe place for my family to spend time and exercise. My children and I like the fact that there are many different activities and classes to participate in. The Y helps us live a healthy lifestyle.

The front desk staff is very friendly - saying hello and goodbye as you leave. Enjoy talking to members that I've gotten to know over time (even if only by first name).
Convenient location! Most of the activities are on the lower level with no stairs to climb making easy access for seniors and families with little ones.The staff is always on hand to help when needed.
Love the basketball program for the littles! However, it's disappointing that the girls court, one of the hoops is still not functioning. So they have to use the moveable one on the ground. And it ends up a different height than the other hoop at the end of the court.
Also, there's a significant draft on the outside wall part of the court.

The team that the Y has to facilitate the youth sports are amazing. We have had a great experience with all the Y's here in GR the past 2 years. One of our daughters are with Visser and the other Downtown. Everyone is friendly & encouraging. The facilities are nice and the games are well run.
Smaller than other facilities. I’ve been to 4 facilities and like Visser best. Not closest to me but worth the drive.
I like to come to the Visser Y after riding my trike in Millennium park. I like your hot pool I love your hot tubs. Your facility is very clean. THANK YOU !

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated when Joel spent alot of time showing me how to use the Cybex weights. My only wish is if it opened earlier on Sunday morning.

Program was very good, but could be more organized. There should be a designated 'check-in' area for programs and the program area should be set up and ready to go before program starts.
