Love the therapy pool and steam room. Wish it could be open in the afternoon too.
The members are much more engaging and encouraging at this location.
While the Visser location doesn't fulfill everything I need and is a further distance, it is, nevertheless, an incredibly pleasant environment. And that is because the staff is always personable, professional and helpful.
Unfortunately, the David Hunting branch has a staff member who has marred our experiences, thereby eroding any positive feelings we had for that branch. More so, is Mr. Rappaport's lack of concern for Hunting members safety and well being.
I do want to commend Matthew, who works the floor and several of the women at the front desk. They set the bar in providing a welcoming establishment. Please extend our sincere appreciation.

We love coming to this YMCA. My son loves the swimming classes and remembers lots of friends from summer day camp as well. When they see each other throughout the year in the kidzone it's always a special surprise.
Great location/proximity to my house, very friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces.

Coach Alyssa is doing a great job. She has a very warm personality and encourages the kids throughout class. My son loves coming to sports class and working with her and I feel confident that she’s an awesome fit for my child just based on her warm greeting and genuine excitement to be working with the kids each week. She’s awesome.

The drinking fountains have been inoperable for some time. The fountain by the locker rooms to fill bottles for two months now and the fountain by the gym going on 3 weeks or more. No updates and these fountains are common in other Ys and not sure of struggle to fix?
Health and safety it's better to fill bottles with this system then from the spiket where all the mouths congregate especially kids.
Would appreciate some communication to members.

The lap pool is the best! All personnel: front desk, life guards, facilities are very cordial. Ladies locker room is kept clean, and the facilities personnel mop the floors around the pools.

I always recommend the Visser Y because of the amazing staff. They seem to love their jobs and never let a bad day be seen in their expression or the way they help the clients. We’ve recently started the sports sampler class and love Coach Alyssa, she is awesome with the kids. Making them feel comfortable and like super stars.

Convenient location, friendly staff, great pools, hot tub and steam room! Group class options are great and instructors are very knowledgeable ;)
I like having easy access to weight machines, the friendliness/help of the wellness staff and all the equipment is maintained, and the friendliness of the front desk.
