The swimming and exercise classes in the pool are excellent. We have 2 excellent teachers. We could use a 3rd to cover vacation times, etc.
I am also using the track and a treadmill which is very helpful.
The staff is always helpful and courteous. You have some dedicated maintenance personnel who keep things very clean and repaired if needed.
Wolverine Y has a reputation for being friendly - not only staff but those who are members. I have made many friends and enjoy the potlucks. The coffee is also appreciated.
More variety of classes would be appreciated by some members. At this moment, I'm doing all I can handle. Thank you.

The instructors are great! They have smaller class sizes to safely and effectively teach kids to be safe in/near water and to swim.
Everyone is very friendly and the facility is awesome.
Each week I visit 3 YMCA locations regularly and WWW is the standard by which I evaluate the other two (Spartan and Visser). The staff and patrons are friendly and supportive here without being rude, judgmental or invasive. The equipment is always clean and safe and the facility the same. I will always consider WWW my home branch even though it is one of the furthest from my actual home.
I loved our instructor for the swim class. I did wish that it was a bit longer as my toddler had just gotten settled in by the time that we were leaving. Or have the availability for the toddlers to get in the water with parents for a bit prior to the class
It is very, very clean! The staff is very friendly! The maintenance crew is unbelievable. They keep things in tiptop shape.

Wonderful facility and staff!
Classes included with instructors who do a fantastic job pushing and making you feel like a group. I have lost 24 pounds over last year and developed more muscle than I ever could on my own and life has improved a ton in terms of my physical health
To the workers of the Children Day Care that is 100% a result of you allowing me time to do that while making myself feel my kids are safe and taken care of.
All staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. They will all go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable about the space. If they don't work in the space you are needing help with, they will try to help you or find the right person who can. Even if they are "not working", staff at the Wolverine YMCA will step in and offer help if they see a person in need. The space is clean and welcoming, the programs offered are great.

Only complaint are the TV’s don’t always work on the machines and the price of belonging to the Y.
I like the track at Wolverine. The bathroom and shower areas are clean and up to date. I love the complimentary coffee, lotion, hairdryer and Lysol wipes.
I love the Y! The people are real, it’s not intimidating.
Instructors are very knowledgeable and my daughter seems to really enjoy classes!
