I like the location of the Wolverine Y, although I prefer downtown because it's closer to my home. Wolverine is my backup when downtown event traffic or scheduling makes the DDH pool hard to get to. I wish the Wolverine Y pool had more than 3 lanes open for lap swim.
I love the aquatic classes. The only thing negative is the instructor on Monday s is very repetitive so some of us don't even follow her and do our own. She's a lovely person. It's nothing against her.

The Belmont Y is great, it is clean and staff is friendly. I would like to request a women’s 15kg barbell, since there are only men’s currently in the weight room.
People are so friendly, equipment is always clean and there are always wipes available, childcare is a huge benefit

Members wipe down the machines. They do not hog the machines. Lockers a good size with a shelf and multiple hooks for your clothing.
It is a friendly Y and staff does a great job. They keep it clean which is not easy. I like the swim classes the best. I have participated in some other classes over the years. Some classes have not returned since covid. .
