My husband had a stroke 7 years ago. He is able to walk around the track by hanging onto the railing. Since it is very important that he keeps his legs moving, we are grateful that he is able to use the YMCA for his daily "walk".
Welcoming atmosphere (staff). Not overly busy. Has machines/equipment I need to get a good workout in. I would like an earlier opening on Saturday and Sunday to get a workout in before the kids get up.

It feels very welcoming and it is a fun way to give my young child experience in different activities. The coach is so kind and patient!

Sometimes I can’t access equipment during peak hours. Add an “equipment open” notification system.
The aquatics director was so very helpful during our first experience with the YMCA, I'm very pleased with your operations. He was knowledgeable and quick to respond via email. And also very accommodating with your current HVAC upgrades going on indicating we were eligible for a refund.
I really miss coming to the Y !! I normally use the pool and I really miss all of the ladies! I like the friendliness of our Y.1

I love the elliptical with Run TV. It simulates running outside, which I loved but can no longer do because of joint issues. I love the life fitness weight machines. I love the free coffee and books.
