The friendly staff and that there is always a staff member available to help and answer questions. Always a great time when I go for a class or a workout!
They have pretty much everything for everyone. The equipment and weigjt options are great. The kidzone staff are fantastic. My daughter absolutely loves playing while I workout. Actually, all of the staff are amazing. This location is always clean, too. I just love being a part of this community!

The facility is starting to show it's age, would be great to get some mirrors in the community room for the body flow and Pilates classes held in that room. Would also love the addition of a sauna at this location.
Sunday kid zone hours would be a nice addition too!

There is something for everyone there. The facility is very clean also. The people I have met there are friendly and the instructors top notch. I enjoy going there!

I've been going to the Y for ten years. I love it! I"ve met some really nice people. I only go to the pool and for the most part like the water temp; *85 degrees is god for me and alot ot the others I talk to. I love the aquatic classes and instructors!

Safe place, pleasant staff. Nice members. Thankful for water fountains & clean bathrooms!
Good set up of weight training areas, spin bikes. I appreciate and enjoy the classes I have participated in( RPM, core, weight class) All instructors are knowledgeable , attentive and good sense of humor( much needed when it gets tough and your real tired!)
I would really love a few more short core classes( 15-20 min) mornings? The wellness staff would suffice since they are there anyway, no cut on the budget? If this isn’t an option time wise/budget , how about posting a weekly core workout (3/5 exercises) on the walls in the upper small workout room and by weights area? Thank you for considering!
No complaints, but a few observations:
The cardio machines (specifically Treadmills) are not too clean. I notice members especially not wiping them off so maybe a bigger sign as a gentle reminder? Also, maybe staff could be a bit more attentive to clean more often especially at busy times. I know it’s tricky with getting in there. Thank you to the staff who are courteous to cleaning a distance to those working out. I have a reaction to the smell so I am thankful for that insight. It’s a balance, appreciate all efforts!
This is a rare , but the upstairs cardio area this last month did not smell healthy, very heavy and an odor ; twice I left after 10-15min:( I was concerned with air quality. Please consider monitoring , looking into options for healthier air.
I know…it’s a gym!!!!
Upstairs weight machines can get sticky, making it very difficult to move 5ln/10lb add ons and the weights. Past experience, the pulleys need to be oiled for efficiency. Or the oil has built up and they are tough to move. Not all the machines have this and maintenance is great at attentiveness to repair?

Friendly and unabashedly normal.
It's just less packed than the other locations in GR and the locker room is very nice
Everything it's very clean and the staff is very friendly
