Staffs are friendly
Just pleasant to exercise in the pool for a half hour to an hour.

My favorite thing is RunTV. For health reasons I can no longer do cross country, long distance running. RunTV is the next best thing. I am so grateful to be able to use it!!! Thank you for providing it!

First of all I want to thank Stephanie for the excellent Sit and Fit class she directs every Wednesday at !!:00. I do wish that there would be a second class like this offered each week!
I also recently had engaged the services of a trainer and she created a program that had been specifically designed for me. This original trainer has left the YMCA and my program was updated by Rosemary D. Rosemary did a great job updating the original program and made it more specific to my current needs.

Friendly staff and clean environment. People are down to earth so everyone feels included.
The hours are good. And I particularly love the machine. I work on every time I'm there. (The second machine.... in the top level.) Easy on the knees and back.(the Y used to have a bunch of them and I don't know where they all went, but I'm so grateful they still have one.) CYBEX
Also, I appreciate the pool being warmer than it used to be, Though it could be a couple degrees cooler and it would be fine...

This Y is very clean and typically they are plenty of changing rooms available when needed. I also love the staff in the kid zone, they always remember my kids :)

My son's experience has been very positive in the basketball skills session. Josh, the instructor, has been very kind and manages the kids well.

Classes and instructors are good and enough options for the facilities. Equipment is good for personal use. Friendly people at the location.

Very much appreciate pool availability to swim laps... especially in the summer. So often the people who regularly use the pool are dismissed or very compromised during the summer and holidays. It's been truly reasonable this summer.
Also appreciate that the old(er) people are accommodated. At a time in life when maintaining strength is truly needed, we are able to work out, do the tracks, pickle-ball, etc. We are seen and not tossed aside.
