11:00 Aqua class huge improvement over the other morning aqua classes-The instructor is friendly and pleasant and welcomes everyone-she allows people in that are not taking the class (unlike the other aqua instructor)

The awesome group fitness instructors and friendships made at the Y. The front desk is always cheery and greets you as you walk in the door! Could use more body combat classes mid morning and on Sunday. Also, coffee is scarce and always seems to be out. The Visser Y has multiple carafes and is never out.

I like the couple instructors that I get to see. I like body pump and TBS a lot. Thank you very much for keeping the showers and the girls lock room clean by having someone in there full-time to wipe things up.

I love it overall. I am very disappointed that classes are getting cancelled for the summer. I work at school and would love to try some new classes. I really come to the Y for the classes, and know many others who do the same.
The Spartan YMCA is a wonderful environment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is always sparkling clean! All the instructors are helpful and encouraging. I am meeting new people and look forward to going!

The staff are all very friendly. My children felt welcomed and safe. I could tell lessons were being adjusted to the needs of each individual.
I am SO glad the Spartan Nash has gotten some awesome people, especially Miss Siera in the Kidszone. In the past my kids have not enjoyed going to due to staff not seeming to be very friendly or like they want to be there at all. We were there Friday, April 26, about noon until 2 and Miss Siera and the other woman in the Kidszone were so kind and seemed actually excited for my son to be in the zone and he loved being there. We love Miss Siera at the Grandville location as well, she is truly an asset.

Always friendly staff. They are always attentive and respectful to mentally and physically challenged guests.Very clean. Kidzone staff is incredible: kids are loved and engaged the entire time parents are using facilities. You NEVER see staff on phones, because they’re always adding value. You always feel welcome!

I really enjoy going to the SpartanNash Y. I've met some great friends through the Y.
However, I really wish the group fitness room was kept at a cooler temperature. So often it's very warm before class begins and by the end of class it's unbearable. I've done classes at the Wolverine Y and the group fitness room is so much more comfortable.
The facility is excellent. Always clean and has enough weight training options that, even when busy, you can get your workout done. The staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful. My personal trainer has a wealth of experience in training and nutrition and is completely supportive of and responsive to my fitness goals. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive and inspiring.

The kidzone staff rock! The rest of the staff are pretty cool too.
My child learns the fundamentals of basketball and soccer. He also enjoys interaction with the other kids.
Is there a way that swimmers can get into the pool area after morning swim class ? We are forced to wait in the pool lobby which is extremely cold - we are greeted rudely by the instructor and class - the class is over and they like to talk which takes awhile for the class to leave - it’s our turn to get in
The coaches do a wonderful job keeping the kids engaged and explaining things perfectly for their age group! I am very impressed and will continue to sign up for the soccer programs at the y!
