PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE play some rock and roll once in awhile and not the 16 year old girl music EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!!!! Spartan Nash Y is terrible about this. Other than that I love that gym. Seriously tho for the love of God please stop playing that kind of music EVERY day
I like the classes
We enjoy the track and the variety of equipment available. We also like the pool because there is so much area that is shallow so our kids can move around more. The kids care is the best part!

Because it's a smaller facility, it doesn't feel intimidating to visit on my own (especially after a workout routine hiatus 😅). The staff are always friendly and there's a good atmosphere.
I recently became a member of the SpartanNash YMCA and it has been a great experience. I work with a personal trainer, Jordan, who has been super helpful on my wellness journey. I love that I am greeted every time I enter or leave the facility. The facility is always clean, the other guests are friendly, and the music is great!
First of all, I like the convenient location to my home. I also like the clean facilities from
Restrooms to pool to workout machines and studio. The appearance is soft and calming and great lighting and clean. The people at the desk are friendly always greeting upon entrance and exit. I have noticed some leadership
Members spending time outside of the desk - offices on site and talking with members and just in the visual site.
The machines and classes are plentiful and meet most needs. Hours are good. I love the use of the various YMCA in our communities and even out of state. I love the prices as well.

Mr.Brian is the best thing to happen to the spartan Y. My kids look forward to seeing him at the front desk and he always checks on them in Kidzone too. That is what keeps us coming back to this location :)

The programs are well run and easy to register for!
I enjoy the classes. Happy you stocked heavier weights. Body pump may need more. I just don’t like how dirty the main workout class room is. Always globs of hair and dust on the floor.
