Kathleen Heemstra is a great water aerobics and arthritis instructor. Kiera is the most helpful trainer upstairs and a terrific person. She greets you and when you leave she says have a great day. She brings a smile to my face every day.

I love the fact it doesn’t have a bunch of stairs to climb. I also enjoy the co-ed jacuzzi along with opposite male and female steam rooms.

There is a variety of things to do for every member of my family. The environment is always positive, and I like that my family sees the diversity of our community reflected in the YMCA members. The staff is always supportive and encouraging. The zero-depth pool is a big hit with my younger kids and the deeper ends work well for the older ones. The Kids Zone is an awesome feature because my kids can play when I work out. Is it possible to raise the pool water temperature? It's always too cold.
I have been enjoying the aqua arthritis and aqua cardio classes. The only problem is the instructor treats us like kindergarteners … we are not allowed to talk. This just is ridiculous. We are grown women and it’s great to interact with other women. Exercising should be fun not like we are at a funeral. SO many of us feel this way.
