I love the Y using my One Pass. the pool, the track , pickleball, the various fitness classes- I hope chair yoga will be offered soon.

Water aerobics
Virtually everything. I'm glad you always keep at least one gym open for Basketball 🏀 practice! It's important for physical as well as mental health. I always wish to improve my skills for Special Olympics. Thank you very much!
I live very near the downtown Y, but usually use the Spartan Nash Y instead. The downtown Y is often filthy, Spartan Nash is predictably clean. People bring food and drinks into the hot tub downtown. I have never seen anything like this at the Spartan Nash Y. Downtown is also very crowded, and it is often impossible to get and keep a WiFi connection, but the Spartan Nash Y never seems crowded and the WiFi is good. I have never left this Y feeling frustrated or annoyed, but when I go downtown, I nearly always do. The Spartan Nash Y is terrific and I am happy it is available to me.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is nice. All the guests are respectful and keep to themselves. The facilities are clean.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I also like your hours of operation. The variety of classes offered throughout the day and week allows for flexibility in one’s schedule. Definitely worth having a Y membership.
