Lots of available machines, helpful workers
It has a large indoor running track (5 X is a mile). Olympic pool and a separate family pool.
The only thing I do not like about the MFB Y is that there is a number of individuals who do not wipe down the equipment after they use it. Especially an older guy named Paul. He never wipes down the machines and never puts the mats and weights back where he got them after he uses them.

My second favorite Y behind DDH. Only real issue is that pool availability when I'm able to go is rough.

I love the friendly and social atmosphere at the YMCA and the group fitness classes! I would love to have more group fitness class times offered- but I understand instructor availability is a limiting factor.
Please extend Sunday winter hours!
Clean. Friendly staff for the most part. Good location for my family. Maintence could be a bit better. Would like to see a piece of new equipment on a regular basis.

Multiple group, fitness classes, plenty of equipment, very clean, I worked at YMCA‘s in Fort Worth years ago. This is the best one I’ve seen in a long time.
Group fitness classes
I love the class options available as well as the Kidzone staff and hours. The YMCA has helped me greatly during my pregnant and postpartum period. Being able to leave my children in the Kidzone, knowing they are safe and having fun, while I work out has been essential to my mental state during this postpartum period. Thank you YMCA Mary Free Bed!
