Always a great welcome here. The facilities and equipment are top notch. The very best thing...the wide variety of people using the YMCA. I especially enjoyed the backdrop of the intense wheelchair basketball tournament that was being held on my last visit!

Now that the weather is closing in I plan on using the MFBY often. Thanks to Abby, a glitch in monthly dues was resolved to my great satisfaction. In addition, my remaining fitness sessions were successfully transferred to Julie Rutherford, who is quite possibly the best coach on the Mary Free Bed team. Looking forward to elevating my fitness level this winter in preparation the 2025 triathlon and road race challenges.

My experience was great. I went to the Parkinson’s class even though I do not have Parkinson’s. I am disabled and wanted to try it.
The class was really good. Atilla, the teacher, was so caring and passionate about his class. I would love to see more classes offered to those of us with disabilities.

Nice place to work out
The water filters are up to date, green! Thank you, the Nash location I visit never had up to date filters.
Spacious clean and well run. Friendly helpful staff. Great selection of workout machines. Pools are an added plus.
