The EGYM is a good routine, and we appreciate that it automatically does our settings. Also, we seldom need to wait very long for the EGYM, or for using one of the other (rowing) machines for a warm-up.
In these smoky days, the indoor track has been a Godsend - and we know we’ll really appreciate it during the winter.
The Staff is always helpful, if a question arises!
