Walking track and exercise equipment
I love the water classes in the family pool. However I'd like to see it kept a couple degrees warmer.
Well laid out and plenty of gym space. Also appreciate the pickleball lessons there.

The facility is great, however the water in the
lap pool is too cold for me ( a senior) and I know
other seniors feel this way. Our instructor Sue is
fantastic. Also, the Friday swim used to be at
9 am. Couldn’t you guys chill on this and sack the
8 am time?

Becoming part of ONE PASS was a real bonus and much appreciated by my husband and myself. We have found that the staff are very helpful and willing to stop what they are doing to help. I have attended the classes and found the instructors to be willing to help me work at my pace and ability. I also worked with a trainer (Dave Ball) for approximately 2 months and found him to be a great trainer and good guy. He was able to help me in the areas I most needed help and give me ideas on how to proceed. Unfortunately, due to the cost I needed to discontinue working with him and try it on my own.
I really like having toddler time on Wednesday's as we watch our grandson and bring him there in the fall and winter. (some of the toys/balls/bikes, etc. need some replacing however).
We play Pickleball in the fall and winter and like the availability of courts and nets.
Overall, we have had a positive experience.

There are lots of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. The parking is great.

Great ppl great place. Supports a lot of families. I just really hope, I can see some updates or adding, like the ski machines and push sled etc. also I hope we start having towels again.

The staff is professional, friendly, and do an outstanding job ! The facility is above and beyond the rest in equipment, ease of use of all activities, locker rooms and restrooms are very accommodating, and everything is always clean from top to bottom. Mary Free Bed is the most handicap usable / accessible YMCA, making sure no one is excluded from being able to exercise, and be involved in programs to obtain , and maintain the best healthy lifestyle possible. The large indoor track is a healthy attraction to everyone. You have an on staff maintenance team that keeps the equipment and the facility repaired, maintained , clean and working properly. The swimming pools are beyond any expectations in any fashion or form. The exercise programs are outstanding and provide all the activities you could desire. The activity courts provide use for all types of events. This is absolutely the most outstanding YMCA, making you and it’s members very proud to say “ I am part of the Mary Free Bed YMCA “ !
Ease of finding when classes are.
I like the variety of equipment so I don't have to wait very long if at all for the machine I need to use. The long track is great.

Swimming classes
The facilities are always clean. There are a large number of machines and activities so there's little or no wait to use something.
There is a large assortment of strength training equipment and a good pool for swimming laps with a lot of availability plus many other exercise options.
It is convenient. The staff is friendly.
Most of all is so clean variety of exercise equipment the private sauna for a female 100% excellent and thank you YMCA
