It is so nice to be greeted by Tom and Shelly when you walk into the Y. They want to get to know you, and it shows that they care.
Lastly, Lisa does a tremendous job in keeping the ladies’ locker room clean as well as other areas of the Y. Great job, Lisa!
Very nice facility and program's
Huge variety of classes. Instructors of the classes are wonderful. Facilities always neat and clean. The new EGYM is great, takes the guess work out of how to work out with weights. Great people helping out with newbies to EGYM. Well thought out facility so very inclusive for those with a physical challenge. Overall a great exercise experience.

The people
Beautiful facility. I’ve enjoyed my Tuesday Thursday times in the family pool. The changing rooms are great and the staff is very friendly.
The Arthritic swim class. It has helped so much with my sciatica pain. The instructor is great and very focused on the movement.
YMCA has everything I am looking for in a gym. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Workouts made specially for me in the egym strength building circuit and I love the indoor walking track.

The YMCA is close to my office and there are so many you do there like lifting, walking, running, basketball ball, swimming and much more. We are blessed to have such a great facility.👍

A great gym and very friendly workers. Lots of machines and you don’t have to wait for something you want to use.
Every person I've met is extremely friendly and helpful. But the BEST thing about going to First name removed Free Bed YMCA is that as a novice I have questions about how some of the machines work and someone is always available to answer my questions and show me how to work them.

Lots of equipment of every type. Good programs. For the grand kids who have done everything from cooking class to T-ball to summer day camp to basketball and swim lessons.
