I was having trouble ordering my delivery on line so I called in and waited quite a while for someone to answer, after telling me her name, she then said I'm sorry for the wait, we've been unusually busy because of the snow storm on Thanksgiving. She then went on to help me get my delivery scheduled and applied the senior discount. The delivery person was polite and efficient.
