Very responsive to requests for fills! Informative about pricing changes. Service department from the times of Osterman are great ! Keeping equipment safe. Doing checks for any leakage. Billing department helpful this past spring after we used more propane during the cold winter into spring and found ourselves with a huge gas bill. Payment over the next several months allowed us to get caught up and pay down our balance more quickly. Just got our early fall fill hopefully better planning this year and maybe pricing of gas will come down? TY

Quick reliable
Product (liquid propane) is measured by electronic meter at the 500lb. tank on my property and monitored by Osterman at their local service facility. The tank is automatically refilled by delivery truck when propane reaches a preset percentage volume without my having to monitor my consumption or notify Osterman.
The Osterman service personnel are careful and respectful of the landscaping surrounding the tank, and except for the invoice they leave, there is little evidence of their visit.
