The person taking my order was quick, efficient and polite. Delivery came in two days through no fault of the employees. Delivery would have arrived sooner had it not been for a snowstorm. Satisfied with the service.

We have a waterless hot water system that I love for being able to have hot showers all the time (hate the water we waste getting it hot though). Especially am happy with your service. Delivery people are friendly and helpful. We had someone for a service call and he worked very hard to fix the problem, leaving the basement in its usual shape and again was friendly and courteous.

This review is a follow uo to an earlier review. I had been displeased because I had not received call backs from Osterman. I did call back earlier this week and in addition to a return phone call Kellie emailed me since she did not reach me. It appears that Osterman had been experiencing telephone issues. And I can certainly relate to that. I wanted to change my review to reflect a very positive experience with Kellie.
Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at Osterman over the past 5 years have been great. All the delivery drivers are super nice guys!
