Kevin, a service man from Osterman, did a wonderful job and explained everything he did. He made sure the burners were running properly, tested the meter, checked the pressure and let us know that the furnace has been converted so that it was operating smoothly.

Lisa Avery went above and beyond to help me out during the purchase of my new home that required transfer of a recent propane purchase to me. Completing the process of crediting the seller by check from Osterman and then re-billing me at my new customer price (which was significantly more reasonable) was made simple by her doing. All of this had to happen very quickly, as the closing was scheduled for two days after I discovered how much the seller had paid for his propane that I needed to reimburse him for.
She made a tense situation for a first time homebuyer and first time propane account user go well, and she did so with compassion and understanding. Her excellent customer service is what has me on board with keeping my leased tank from Osterman and seeing how it goes before looking into potentially purchasing a tank so I can better price shop as needed.
