You have live customer service. Customers can talk to a real person and get an answer. And you're always polite and cordial on the phone. That is a big, big thing in your favor. People are tired of talking into a telephone message machine at the other end or a machine that guides you to press this button or that button.
Pleasant delivery people
Both Keith, the driver/delivery man and Kyle, the person who setup and tested the tanks, were very friendly, helpful and professional. And Beth, Dawn and Deb in the office were also very professional and helpful in getting delivery scheduled and other details, answering my questions and working with me and the field team.

The delivery gentlemen are all very nice and ALWAYS remember to tie my gate closed when they leave to protect my Golden Retriever.
We see Osterman delivery trucks go by our trailer many times a month delivering to one trailer at a time. I've often asked myself, why doesn't your company adapt a better schedule with the trailers in our park, to deliver to all of them a couple times at year at once. This would save time in you having to schedule each trailer at a time and help your customers not receive the $100.00 bill for not using enough propane during the year. We know it's because you have to pay your drivers for time of deliveries, but if they were all scheduled for the same time, you might be able to eliminate this charge completely.
