I use the propane. I do wish the price would go down like gas goes down. Very clean heat. I like the company because of their great customer service. A live person will always ans the phone. No question you have is dumb to them. They also make sure I do not run out if propane. I also like the fact the company has a budget method if you need to do that. I trust them!!

When I call for a fill, I get a polite and friendly representative and I usually get my tank filled within 1 week. I had a misunderstanding this past week on the fill but when I re-called they came back to fill my tank the next day.

You have live customer service. Customers can talk to a real person and get an answer. And you're always polite and cordial on the phone. That is a big, big thing in your favor. People are tired of talking into a telephone message machine at the other end or a machine that guides you to press this button or that button.
Pleasant delivery people
Both Keith, the driver/delivery man and Kyle, the person who setup and tested the tanks, were very friendly, helpful and professional. And Beth, Dawn and Deb in the office were also very professional and helpful in getting delivery scheduled and other details, answering my questions and working with me and the field team.
