All staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and willing to help! Whenever I call, someone always picks up promptly to answer my questions! Equipment and machines are often available when I need them and workout areas are not overcrowded or cluttered.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the courtesy and friendliness of the various staff members.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The gym is very clean as well.

The people are friendly and it's not usually overcrowded. In the winter I can't always run outside, so it's super helpful to be able to run on a track, not just a treadmill. I see there are also a lot of classes, but I've been super-busy and not able to participate in them for the past 4 or 5 years...maybe sometime later this year.

In a word, everything! The facility is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and well maintained. Both the patrons and the staff are courteous and friendly.
