Staff is great!Facilities are quite suitable for my needs.
Short drive from home and friendly staff.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms and workout areas are clean. Students are back at class and many use this location to work out, have athletic practice, etc. They are aware of their surroundings and fellow members. My husband is disabled and walks with a cane. The other day a student held the door for him even though he could have used the blue handicapped button. Just a nice gesture and we feel comfortable coming to this location. I'd like to take more advantage of the group exercise classes.

One consideration: please add more sitting bikes.!! Facility only has 2. If you were to evaluate usage of equipment? I’ve often seen two people using all of these sitting bikes at one time. This morning? One of two was being used. Sorta intimidating to be right next to one another. To contrast? The facility has many of the other equipment types (eg., elliptical, stair master, treadmill) and yet I’ve never seen them all being used.
Note my feedback is based on morning attendance (<8am). Not sure usage during day.

I am answering for my daughter with Down Syndrome.
This Y is close to my home in Westvale. I like different machines I can use to exercise. I like being out in the public.
The staff is friendly and helpful. People generally follow the posted rules, but there are a few members who have total disregard for others by talking on cell phones for extended periods, not wiping down machines or taking up two or three machines at a time. It would be helpful if a staff member is on site to avoid this.

Friendly folks. Nice atmosphere. A few buns that don’t follow rules is annoying but most folks do. ( thank goodness!)
I absolutely love the pump class 8 go to on monday mornings. I wish that same teacher would do another pump class on another morning too.
Good option of classes and workout equipment. Facility is clean and hours are convenient. Once the weather because less ideal to be outside, I hope that pickleball will remain available.
