There are enough exercise machines available for workouts.
The people are friendly and it's not usually overcrowded. In the winter I can't always run outside, so it's super helpful to be able to run on a track, not just a treadmill. I see there are also a lot of classes, but I've been super-busy and not able to participate in them for the past 4 or 5 years...maybe sometime later this year.

It’s so convenient to have on site at my daughter’s school! She loves the activities and staff!
Great programming-love that they go outside when the weather is nice and otherwise read in the library or run around the gym. It’s very rare that the kids are just hanging around.
Olivia in particular is great!! She responds quickly to emails and the kids love her! This is our 3rd year doing the ymca after school and this is by far the best year so far!! Also want to include that the two new teachers, grace and McKenzie are wonderful.

Friendly staff if the best part of the southwest YMCA. The equipment is always in good shape and rarely out of service. Also, the time that I go, around 5:30 AM daily, there is always ample equipment available.

There is so much I love about the before and after school care. For starters the people are amazing. They are so welling to help with anything. Second, they are so friendly and always greet me with a smile. Third, they are so great with the kids. Everyday I am confident in leaving my two daughters there knowing they are in great hands. I know they will be treated well and are safe. I am so incredibly thankful for the southwest YMCA at Cherry Road.
The happy and friendly staff in the mornings are a perfect start to the day for my son!

I like that the environment creates community. It has changed a lot since Covid but I am hoping they continue to have more classes. I've made some wonderful friends form going to the Y.
