My husband and I like to use the track, especially in the winter months. In the summer we do trails, etc. at the area parks. We also have our own circuit if exercise equipment we use in the equipment room. Very nice facility. Only wish we still had the pool that OCC had back in the 80s & 90s.
It was very clean.
My favorite of the local YMCAs. Pool is warmer than the northwest pool. Playroom is a good enough size for my 4 year old. Good fitness center.
I like the track!
The Southwest YMCA has everything I need for my personal workout. The equipment is maintained well and the staff are respectful and polite. The parking situation is great, which is a plus.
