The exercise classes at 9:15 am. Unfortunately, they only run on Monday and Thursday. We need more morning exercise classes.

I love the child watch that’s available M-Th. Would really love it more if it was 5 days a week with some evening hours as well. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The staff is nice. The gym is quiet and clean unfortunately OCC gym doesn't have a pool if they did I would have joined this gym instead of Liverpool
The fees are covered by our insurance company and its open a lot of hours
