Friendly, eager to help, wonderful facilities.
I like the upstairs exercise room. I know the ac is on, but upstairs it’s not as cold as it use to be. I also like all the tv’s in the room.
It is close. It has extensive athletic facilities like swimming, gym, weights and machines. It is clean.
I love the swim classes offered and have met so many nice caring people.

The pools are GREAT!
Personnel are very friendly and I just get a good feeling when I’m there. Also, the activities I engage in - lifting, pickleball and shooting baskets - are very accessible for me as a retiree.
The staff is amazing at the Hal Welsh location! Everyone is helpful and friendly and never hesitate to answer a question, assist in any task or just greet you enthusiastically. It's hard to motivate yourself to get to the gym but a great atmosphere makes it easier!

I don't like the program where you pay for three training visits a month. Some months I can do five and some months none at all. Why not make it simple and charge for each visit?
Also, the billing office needs improvement.
