The opportunities for kids to enjoy the gym as well
Personnel and efficiency
Everything! I use the pool, the cardio room, the upstairs weight room, the cycling room, even the back of the basketball courts occasionally. In addition, I hope to take music lessons there for the first time this year. I think the East Y is a fantastic community resource for both its facilities and its friendly helpful staff. I think its great that people of all ages from all walks of life get together there and find common ground. It is busy every moment of every open day. I think that speaks to how popular the Y is.
If I had a minor complaint, it would be for the Y to try to clean the men's locker room and the swimming pool walls a little more thoroughly. However, I appreciate that the traffic level in both is very high, as is the challenge to keep them clean.
It's a great place to meet people and very family. Orientated and a great place to work! Everyone makes you feel welcome!
The YMCA is inclusive, offers a variety of programs for all ages, has friendly staff members and a great price point for families. Overall a great choice.

EGYM and showers
EVERY ONE of the staff that I come in contact with is very capable, friendly, and helpful. The facilities are clean and well kept. Notices about changes in schedules are timely.
I like the variety of group exercise classes & that the Y & its instructors are so accommodating to people with special needs. I like that there is a pottery studio with classes, when I have a little more time I intend to sign up for one.

I love the friendly and attentive staff and fitness instructors! I live in Camillus and enjoy traveling 30+ minutes out of my way to take advantage of the plethora of classes offered. Although I wish there was a similar variety at the southwest location, I do enjoy it there too.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I am very thankful to the Child Watch staff. They take care of my 13 month babygirl and she loves to be there. I love swimming pool and sauna access. Even though we are working through a pipe burst right now with no showers, I am still very thankful for the opportunity to take my babygirl swimming after child watch and working out. Thank you so much staff, you are great, I don’t know where I would be without you! Sincerely, a postpartum mom <3
